Registration & Accommodation

Registration and accommodation bookings are now open and can be made using the online form or by completing the registration form in the Registration Brochure [PDF] and faxing or emailing it to the ASM Conference Managers.

Early Bird registration is open until 13 May 2013.

Please ensure that you read the payment and cancellation details in the brochure and the accommodation cancellation details, Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policies [PDF], before completing your registration.
