All fees quoted in the registration brochure and the online registration form are AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS.

You can register by:

• printing out the hard copy and mailing or faxing it (+618 8363 1604) to the conference secretariat

An additional Masterclass will be held prior to conference sessions on morning of Monday 19 October, entitled “Aplastic Anaemia/Aplastic AML”, to be presented by Dr Neal Young, from the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, in the USA. Please note, the Masterclass will be running at the same time as the Fitness Activities on the Torrens, so you will not be able to participate in both.
