GOODBYE BIANCA

After 7.5 years working at Festival City Conventions, Bianca has left to further develop her own event theming management company.

Established in June 2004 Scarlett Events specialises in special event planning management and exhibitions. With 7.5 years experience in the Conference and Event Industry Bianca has worked throughout Australia. With her creative flare Bianca focuses on conducting outstanding events and achieving excellent results.

 

Scarlett Events services include; themeing, venue sourcing, budget control, exhibition management, audio visual coordination, entertainment sourcing, event running sheets, on-site management and design and printing of event materials.

COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH

Raspberry Ripple Caipiroska

30ml Absolut Vanilla Vodka

30ml Chambord Liqueur

3 wedges of lime

8 raspberries

1/2 teaspoon of raw sugar

Combine ice, sugar, lime and raspberries into a tumbler

and muddle together until juice is extracted and sugar is crushed.

Add the Vanilla Vodka and Chambord Liqueur and stir.

Top up with soda water if you require a weaker cocktail.
